I'm a Brooklyn-born, first-gen caribeña who was raised between the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Boston. In each country, I had a different experience of what it felt to be a part of a community or be excluded by one but when I moved to Boston - the invisibility of my identity and community was the most visible. For that reason, since I was 10, I've known who I wanted to be in the world. To create representation of Latinos.
I began with creative writing, explored the world of advertising, and now fully emerged in marketing and branding. To create the representation, you must seek, learn, and document the stories. So, that is what I talk about: writing and voicing your story, building a community, and everything in between.

My experience
With almost a decade of experience as a strategist, my expertise lies in bilingual and bicultural insights with a background in advertising and communications. I have developed and led campaigns, events, and strategic communications for B2B and B2C companies. Some of my previous clients include but are not limited to Dunkin’, USPS, and Google.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Smith College and a master’s of science in advertising management from Boston University College of Communication.
