About Me

Person sitting on gray couch, holding a mug, with a neutral background and a woven room divider.

Welcome! Bienvenida sea.

I help leaders and professionals understand how their story shapes influence, trust, and impact.

I believe clarity isn’t just a message — it’s a method of operating.

Growing up between the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Boston taught me early on how to listen across cultures and read between the lines. That ability to decipher meaning beneath the surface became the foundation of how I work: not just explaining what happened, but naming what it means.

As a strategist and storyteller, I help people and organizations make sense of complexity — so their voice, strategy, and visibility align with the influence they want to create.

I don’t help people chase trends or execute tactics.

I help them understand why their story matters, where it gets stuck, and how to articulate it with intention.

Zuhaly Ramon is a marketing strategist and storyteller who works at the intersection of culture, narrative, and identity.
She helps people and organizations clarify what they stand for and turn complex stories into brands that are felt, trusted, and remembered.

She is the founder of The Chronicles Collective, a storytelling and strategy practice focused on clarity during moments of growth, transition, and reinvention. Through focused strategy sessions and facilitated workshops, Zuhaly helps leaders, creatives, and mission-driven organizations align their voice, visibility, and direction.

With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Zuhaly has led narrative strategy and brand positioning work across nonprofits, small businesses, and national organizations. Her work sits upstream of execution, helping teams and individuals make sense of change, reduce fragmentation, and move forward with intention.

She is also the creator of The Comment Section, a newsletter where she interprets culture, content, and the stories shaping how people show up online and in real life — focusing on meaning over mechanics.

Zuhaly holds a B.A. in Sociology from Smith College and an M.S. in Advertising from Boston University, a background that informs her ability to read patterns, understand systems, and translate insight into strategy.
